The adjustable feet
Each foot is adjustable. Just screw
out the foot up to 14mm extra to level
out your bench on an uneven floor.

The shelf mounting
The stainless steel shelves can slide anywhere along the length of the legs. Secured by two grub screws on each corner. Strong.

Two-tier overshelves on back-to-back benches
The 2-tier overshelves are a cost-effective
method of getting more storage space. And
they are strong. Also check out the weight
piled onto the undershelves -- they can take it.

FREIGHT, DELIVERY & PICKUP

How -- We deliver coast-to-coast around Australia from our warehouses in Brisbane, Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide -- but of course you are welcome to pickup. All freight is insured, so you are guaranteed to get your goods in pristine condition. Tracking information is sent to you by email.

How much -- The freight charge is calculated on the weight and the destination. If you work on a rough guide of approx. $1.00 per kilo then you wont be too far wrong. Just refer to the table above to get the actual weights. When you order, we will grab your postcode and give you a precise freight figure. Local delivery is cheaper of course -- just ask!

When -- Generally, it takes 2-3 business days to receive your goods, but depends on distances and freight schedules. Local delivery is within 24 hours by arrangement.

Insurance Issues -- Although it is rare, damage can occur during freight. Please check that all items are in good shape BEFORE signing a delivery docket from the driver. If you sign to say that everything is fine, then we are unable to claim on the insurance policy. If you think there is damage, write this on the docket, or ring us for instructions.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Why are you so much cheaper than your competitors? Seriously, we are asked this question all the time. The answer: we directly import from an enormous Chinese manufacturer. We sell direct to the customer. No distributors. No middlemen. Also, we keep overheads down -- no marble foyers, no fancypants administrative assistants, no sales reps in flash cars with nothing to do. We price the products accordingly.

Do you have Stainless steel benches with all stainless undershelves and legs? Yes, we do - see above for upgrade pricing.

Do the stainless steel sinks come with the wastes? No, but your plumber will be able to supply an Australian standards approved waste. The Tradelink Part number is AC14 'Olivera' -- but the Clark equivalent is half-price.

Why don't you have online ordering? Because we don't want to spend thousands of dollars and countless hours messing around with technology. It's better to talk with us to make sure we have your stainless steel benches in stock, or let us know when you'll be needing something so we can make sure it's there for the big opening.

Can you make up a bench to a specific size? No, we don't manufacture to size unless you have quite a large job. But give us a call - if we can't help we should be able to refer you to someone who can.

What else do you sell? We do have other items, but they may not be available nationally. So, if you're after something specific, it is worth giving your state manager a call to see if we can help. We can freight any out-of-stock-items around this great brown land pretty quickly.
